About Wheatfields Family Medical

Wheatfields Family Medical is a family-run medical practice in Warracknabeal in the Wimmera, Victoria, known for its high standard of care. Our team of GPs and nurses prioritizes holistic, patient-centred care that empowers individuals to navigate their own health and life well. Our GPs tailor all treatment to their patients’ individual challenges as they grow through life’s stages. 

We offer a comprehensive range of services including men’s and women’s health, children and adolescence, weight and endocrine management, mental health care, chronic disease prevention and management through lifestyle changes, health assessments, cancer screening, employment medicals, and skin checks. In addition, we conduct minor surgical procedures for ingrown nails, subcutaneous implant insertion and removal, cryotherapy, and biopsies and skin cancer removal with the aim of early detection and individualised treatment.  

We believe that the health and well-being of the individual doesn’t come about randomly but through being personally invested and seeing the entirety of the individual’s life.
